Multivitamin pill: does it break a fast?

Does not break a fast

A pill has no meaningful calories, so it does not break a fast. But vitamins A, D, E and K are absorbed better with some fat, and some people feel sick taking them on an empty stomach (especially with iron): better with a meal. Effervescent or chewable ones may contain sugar.
